At Prolific, wellness is very important to us and so we created the Adjusted Hours initiative.

This means that Prolificos:

• *may be able to finish work 2 hours earlier than usual on Fridays
• weekly working hours are reduced from 40 to 38 hours.

We ask Prolificos to use their good judgment each week to determine whether that week is right for adjusted hours.
