A death-in-service benefit is a type of life insurance that pays out a tax-free lump sum to your chosen beneficiary (your spouse, partner, siblings, children, parents, cat sanctuary etc.) to provide financial support in the unexpected event of your death whilst you’re working at Prolific.

Benefit Specifics

• A tax-free lump sum of 4x your annual salary 💰
• Everyone under the state pension age (66 years old) is covered.
• You have to have been at Prolific for 3 months to be automatically enrolled in the benefit.
• 24/7 free probate and bereavement support to help families cope with the loss of a loved one.

Basic life and AD&D insurances are company-paid policies that guarantee a payout to employees’ beneficiaries if they are seriously injured or pass away. This basic coverage helps ease employees’ concerns about the financial impact on their loved ones in such cases.

Our Basic Life and AD&D Insurance provides:

• Coverage that provides up to 2 times an employee's salary, with a maximum benefit up to a fixed amount each month.
• This insurance is fully paid for by Prolific.
