Personal data we collect directly from you

The types of personal data we collect from you directly includes (but is not limited to):

• Contact details and other identifying information - such as your name (including preferred name(s)), address, email address, phone number(s) and other contact information (e.g. social media handles), gender, date of birth, nationality/ies and national identifiers (such as national ID/passport, NI number and/or social security number).
• Background information – such as your education, qualifications, training, information relating to your professional history, references and any other information included in your CV or cover letter (which might include details of any memberships or interests constituting sensitive personal data).
• Employment details and expectations – such as current and past employers, details of your job titles and positions, notice period and salary expectations.

• Details of your immigration/visa status - including details of whether you require sponsorship.
• Previous applications to Prolific - information relating to previous applications you have made to Prolific and any previous employment history with Prolific.

This might include - your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and navigation paths, and other interactions with the Jobs Board, including system generated logs and other system usage information.
